@ebonybarbieQT: Thank you for the compliments! Even though most people don't even notice my remaining upper back fat, because it's not that much, it still bothers me & I can ONLY get rid of those small amount of upper back fat if I dropped my weight down to 115 pounds or less, which I don't want to, because my new precious booty will also shrink a lot, which is why I decided to do this touch up surgery. Anyway, I only had to pay for anesthesia & facility fee only for this round 2 touch-up, since it's only very minor tweaking needed. Also, Dr. Salama said those upper back fat, (even though very minimal fat on me), are NOT always so easy to remove all in 1 shot because they are fibrous & in between the ribs. But he said, he always tries his best to get them all out. I wish you the best on your BBL. For best results, follow the doctor's advise of what proper weight to be pre-op.
