Congratulations!! You do seem very happy wich is wonderful! Could u breath at all during recovery? Were u very congested? ( breathing through ur nose, I mean)

Your nose is beautiful! Please do tell us more about the nasal tube? That sounds amazing? Could you really breathe through your nose? This is my main concern. Feeling claustrophobic during the recovery.
