Mine are still really high up but in clothes it's not as noticeable. I'm doing my messages all the time to encourage them to drop soon.

I am also a D right now my goal is to be a perky DD. After talking to my DR. We chose 457 for my left and 485 for my right side since one side is smaller then the other. By the way I am 5'11" and 150. I think you will look good with the size you have chosen, my Dr. Said that you cleavage amour has a lot to with how much space between the breast you start out with. I totally know another the side boob thing you are talking about this can be avoided if you chose the right profile for you size since the higher profile implant you use the narrower it is. Hope this helps.

I got luckily my boss asked me if I could move up my surgery because she has to travel for work as soon as I get back from surgery. I almost could hide how happy I was when I found out their was a spot open earlier!!!
