Scott you won't be sorry!! You'll feel some pain the first 48 hrs. but its not unbearable. just stay away from chips. the are torture on moving (sore) teeth. You will be so glad you did it and see a diffrence so quickly the small aches will not matter. Your jaws and cheecks might hurt from all the smileing and showin' off your teeth. :}

I was wondering about the trays being used for whitening purposes, but i was affraid the stuff might melt my tray's to my teeth. :} What exact kind of whitening system are you using? Do you sleep in the whitening gel?

Thank you!! I have a retainer i wear at night. it looks alot like my invisalign just comes up higher on the roof of my mouth, and makes me talk a little wierd, but unless i talk in my sleep it shouldn't be an issue. :}

brush your trays with reg toothbrush and toothpaste when ever time you brush your teeth. i smoked and mine didnt turn yellow....
