I have seen great results! When you apply Radiesse, it has to be molded to desired shape immediately by pressing very firmly and sometimes rubbing to desired shape until it hardens. Then keep injecting around and repeat as you go. The dr has to have good common sense that as the filler is being applied immediate swelling almost always occurs in the area thats being treated, and thats what can create an optical illusion and always make a big mistake by over applying in the same area twice. If no common sense is used during this critical procedure, you will see bumps after swelling is gone. When you do under the eye many nurses of drs do it right on the spot that needs to be filled and that only works if you are doing touch ups later. The trick is always to apply it from under the cheek muscle aiming to the under eye circles. That way the filler will have muscle flesh to grab on while filling up the deep under eye circles. And this has to be done in one straight shot because one section of the fluid is filling the area and the other is grabbing the muscle. Now if you separate the fluid into two especially if the other section hardens, the section that is not grabbing muscle may fly off it orbit and you will be very dissappointed. By the way I am not a doctor or nurse but I tell the dr thats how I want it. ITS GREAT!!!!!!! My eye circles are gone. Make sure your dr. is not just a dr. cause you will be dissapointed. Make sure your dr is also an artist who likes everything to be perfect, and not someone who is worried that there is another patient waiting outside and the quota of the day is not met yet. I hope this helps.
