Thank you for your support. I do want to add that several months ago I had an appointment with a regular medical doctor for possible high cholesterol. I had never seen the doctor before. After talking with her for a while, I mentioned my facelift. I told her what happened. She told me that she instantly noticed my face and said that when she first looked at me, she thought that I had had a stroke. She noticed that my right eye, cheek and lower face had a droop to it. Can you imagine?? I do have movement in the right side of my face......but it does droop. The revision surgery that the doctor did only created more volume in my left cheek and the right cheek remained flat. I no longer can wear blush. It only caused more distortion to my face.

    Thanks again

I think you might be writing to me. I'm hellofromteresa. I had a revision 1 year after the first surgery. The very last picture is after the revision. You can see that the sweep mark is still there. I'm not sure what you are referring to in the 10 month picture...but you can't see the sweep marks when I am looking at the camera...

Hi 1234ano, In my opinion the sweeping mark is from the upward pull/movement of the skin on the side of the face. Leaving the area on the side's of the mouth drooping. As I mentioned, my surgeon did do a revision surgery and tried to pull the skin more towards my earlobe, but it didn't work. As far as a correction. There is nothing you can do right now. It's too soon for any correction. I never saw any improvements during my healing process, but maybe you will be more lucky.

I know exactly how you feel. I had a turkey waddle and marionette lines.......I was happy with the rest of my face. The skin on my face was pulled directly up on the sides and the front is full and saggy....Some of my neck was even pulled up onto my face infront of my ears......When I turn my head...it looks like my ears are attached to my neck......I sure don't know what to tell you...I know I'm furious with my doctor.
