Hey! You look fabulous!!! I am now a 36D! How perfect is that??! I love these Tatas! I am going to commit to working out this summer! Oh and for the scar, I just used Palmers cocoa butter like lotion so it didn't feel so much like an extra thing to do.

The girls were a breeze! I mean very little pain. More annoyance than anything. Go for it. I would get another breast reduction but never another tummy tuck! Just trying to put things in perspective for ya pain wise.

Hey!! I am thrilled for you! I cannot believe that I am a year post op now! Time will fly. I used palmers coco butter and that was pretty much it. I didn't want to spend any more money on products considering I spent so much on the procedure. It just put it on everyday like lotion. I am happy to answer any questions for you!

Thank you! I only used Palmers Coco Butter. It was $3.00 at Walgreens. I used it as lotion. I haven't massaged them at all. My PS said she had a client that used Palmers and she had the best scars that she had seen, so she has been referring her clients to use it since. I think she my be on to something.

I honesty didn't have much of a routine. I had already spent so much money that I wasn't willing to spend much more on the other products like silicon etc. I used Mederma for about two days and forgot about it. Then I decided to use Palmers Coco butter as lotions since I knew I would be using it daily. That's been it.
