Bye Bye Belly!

Im having the exact same issue. My tt was done on 3/1 and was flat for about 3 moths. I go tto the gym 3-4 times a week, eat healthy and have NOT gained weight This is so frustrating. I look like a before picture.

Thanks Cat. Im doing ok...I really can't stand my drains! Post op is tmrrw. But as much as I don't like them I'm terrified of havingvthem pulled because they burn so.bad already.

I appreciate your candor. I went on 3/1 and Im still kind of ugh. It is getting a little better every day. I cant stand the drains. One is ok...but the other burns like crazy.I still haven had a BM either. I had a major hernia repair as part of my surgery...so I had 2 hernia surgeons and one PS (all fantastic) doing their thing on /in my belly all at the same time...for hours!!! The hernia surgeon had me do a full bowel prep the day prior...only clear liquids...dulcolax in the am...magnesium citrate in the afternoon and a snazzy fleet enema at night. So I know I was pretty empty...and between the mesh and the muscle repair I m so tight I can barely eat anything. But I REALLY want to go!! Overall I really am ok and still able to positive for the most part...but this is NO cakewalk.
I wish I could shower...I go back to the DR on Wed. Kinda terrified of what the drains will feel like being pulled out but I will be glad they're gone!!! Hang in there!
