I just realized I did not answer the questions. Dr. C used a 50/50 combination of Kenalog and 5fu. It took about 4 weeks before I saw atrophy. However the atrophy is only apparent in a couple of places. Would you be so kind as to provide a link to the protocol to treated nodules that was written by Lemparie?
I managed to book appointments with a couple of san francisco doctors who work with Artefill. They are Scott Mosser and Roy Kim Since I cannot go to Italy frequent low dosage injections appear to be my rest recourse.
I did not get to see Dr. Casavantes because my passport was expired. I will be seeing him soon. I believe a more diluted Kenalog is the best option unless you can get to Italy. Despite my problems I want to say that I fully respect Dr. Casavantes. After dealing with me he may be more reticent to inject people with thin skin...Everything shows underneath. Many people are satisfied with their results
