    I am a 48 year old and haven't been happy with myself in many years. I am 5'0, 120 lbs, and currently a size of an AA. I am strongly considering breast enlargment, but had some conflicting information regarding saline vs silicone. Can any help me with this decision I am about to make in my older life? Thank you!
