Thanks marinemom. I started with walking and now I'm a runner! Good luck with getting off those pounds you want to lose. You will do it! Just remember its a daily battle that you can only fight one day at a time.
Marinemom, if you are unhappy with your weight, you can take control over it. Don't starve yourself, just cut back, and try walking at least 30 minutes 5X a week. You can do this!
