Hi all. I had radiesse injected in nasolabial folds and marionnette lines, no problems there. I also had under my eyes done. I had bad bruising and ended up with the dents and lumps. Bruising went away, but was left with red marks. I went back to my injector and she said I needed more radiesse, so we did more and that when we were satisifed with how much radiesse I needed, I would need IPL for the red spots. So I ended up getting a total of 3 radiesse treatments and one IPL treatment so far. The weird thing is that the IPL treatment really helped with the whole dent, baggy, bulgy thing on the malar crescent at the top of my cheek. Everything just smoothed right out. It also helped, but did not remove the red spots under my eyes. I will go back again for one or two more IPL treatments, which, by the way, hurt more that "a rubber band snapping your skin" if you ask me. :) But they do work. Just make sure that if you have sensitive skin that the machine is not turned up too high. It might be good to do a test on a couple spots and see how you do and then come back another day for the full treatment. I had severe swelling for a couple days after my IPL treatment, but I have really sensitive skin. It is something to try and it might help.. Good luck!
