Aurora you don't have necrosis!
My "lumps" felt hard as rocks and the size of say a kiwi on one side. I made a special appt with my PS b/c I was panicked and he told me to just chill and come back in six months. I haven't been back. If I remember correctly it took forever for that big rock to dissipate, Like 8 months for it to TOTALLY go away. All in all, I didn't stop healing 100% until about the 1 year mark.
