It's now been 6 months since I had it done and the lift is not as effective as it was 1 month post. But looking at "before" pictures, it's still a little better. I'm still very happy with the results and have really soft skin on my cheeks now.

I had the repair done 6 months ago. I had forgotten about the redness after exercising but I'm happy to tell you that does eventually go away. I had a problem with my face turning red after drinking, too but that is now gone.

My doctor gave me IPL as well after the Fraxel Repair Laser because of hyperpigmentation. I was sooo impressed with the IPL but it wasn't 100% effective but amazing results on the areas of my skin where it did take well.

So I was disappointed that the brown spots did not disappear on my face either and complained. My doc gave me Q-switch laser on my face no charge and ALL the brown spots fell off! After that I could appreciate the skin tightening fraxel repair did. Maybe you could ask your doctor for an alternative for the brown spots.
