  You're missing one huge cause of male breasts: Hormone (estrogen) mimicking plasticizers, used in plastics in use daily to make plastic bottles, (pthalates, bisphenol-A in the now no longer made Nalgene and alike bottles), plastic coatings inside of canned goods, among a lot of other places. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endocrine_disruptor There's way too many man-made pseudo-estrogens gong around; Go glass or stainless steel if you want to avoid many.
