It helps me to massage my thighs in the morning, works out some of the stiffness. Nothing we can do about this ridiculous heat though!

Read that you had your arms done too...how did that go? I was considering it too, but I opted to have more from my thighs removed. I think it was week 5 that my legs weren't terribly sore...

Everything I've read says not to measure, but I figured they're my own measurements! I'm not comparing them to anyone....it gives me a baseline. Lost the most inches about 2 inches below my belly button...5 inches lost there alone!

I read ur post, I had preeclampsia too...major swell he**! Was up to 278 when I was admitted to hospital...lost 20 lbs of water weight 2 weeks before twins were born. I feel so much better about myself now! Truly hope u have a great experience...my only advice, be patient and take it easy! Being able to look down and see a flat belly is truly worth it!

Had lipo of inner & outer thighs @ the same time as my TT...it was really difficult to walk because of everything, was bruised as well. I'm 6 weeks post now and it was very worth it! Legs feel sore, almost like I worked out really good. The initial bruising and swelling of the legs was the worst. Each thigh is down 2 inches though and my overall shape is looking more proportional. Doc says it take 6 months for everything to fully heal from the lipo (ie skin reattach) but most swelling is down 6-8 weeks. On days I do a lot my legs and belly are terribly swollen. Hope this helps a little!

    You are looking fabulous!

Scar treatment- I got a silicone wrap at makemeheal.com it is great because it also works like a support binder as well. It's scar fx silicone wrap. Only negative I've found is it gets a hot especially my lower back during the day. Definitely recommend for the price compared to other silicone sheeting.
