Day 6: Still no bruising. Have been having slight twinges in my abdomen, and still tingling. On a level of 1-10, pain/annoyance factor is maybe a two.

I do feel more bloated/inflamed now that I did in the beginning.

Still doing Bikram Yoga & hiking on a regular basis with no difficulty.

Day 3: No bruising or pain. I took a Bikram Yoga class night, and was totally fine. Stomach just feels tingly.
