Happy for the most part

A Hard Road... Laser, Numbness, scars, skin discoloration

I thought it would be helpful to post again. It has been almost a year since I had my lift. The off color in front of my ears has improved. The results of the laser are pretty much done. It is okay. It was a long hard road. I am glad I did it but I won't do it again. Too much for me emotionally. I do however look much better than I did a year ago!!

Make sure to get a number of references and if you can meet the references all the better. It is a facelift albeit a mini facelift.

You do look wonderful and I am so happy for you. There are those and I am one who did everything you did so as to get the best results and did not get them. I am happy for the most part but there are areas on my face that will never be their best. I also think that other members and doctors should not be so quick to accuse those who are happy with their results as plants for LSL. There are lots of people who have had genuinely great results and are happy about it! I would like us to be happy for those who are happy with their results and reach out with encouragement to those who are not.

I hear you. This was such a huge disappointment for you to put it lightly. Unfortunately there are doctors in LSL who are incompetent and then there are those who are competent but things still go wrong. You appear to be in the frost category and I am in the second. Not sure how long the discoloration will last in front of my ears. At this juncture it is not so major and I am not hiding it. It just looks like complexion imperfections. Are you still totally numb in front of your ears? I have feeling everywhere but it is in different degrees. It is okay. Does not bother me. Have you looked into lasering for the brown areas?
