Glad that worked out for you. Please give us an update in a few months. I was initially happy until I realized the numbness on one side was permanent and so were some of the scars and puckering that the doctor told me would correct itself in time - it's now been two years.
I had similar issues. It's been two years and I still haven't had my scar revision surgery, but will pay for it with a board certified plastic surgeon versus going back to LSL. Also, I was advised by a couple of plastic surgeons not to have the corrective surgery too soon - I was told to wait 18 months.
Please see my note under "be prepared for scars" I had the LSL in Denver over a year ago. Although my surgeon is no longer with the office - a second LSL surgeon I saw about a scar revision thought my initial expectations were unrealistic. Per this doctor, I should have expected some scars.
