May, I really like your columella like this. I feel it looks more natural and makes the nose to lip ratio even smaller. Very Audrey Hepburn. Google a pic of Hepburn and check out her lips and columella. She's considered one of the most beautiful women who ever lived.
I'd need to augment my bottom lip so I don't look like a duck. You had a nice sized bottom lip to begin with and it's still proportional after your lift.
Well, "interesting" is great, but most of us think some combination of interesting and gorgeous is the ideal. May has both those.

I'm so skeptical of this procedure because it can so easily not work out, but man, when it works, it has the most stunning effect.

Did you see before and after pics of this procedure in the doc's office before you had your LL?
Does he have a fair amount of experience? and do his other patients look this good?
I just need to find a window for the recovery time and a flight to Texas-- yes, I'm considering leaving the plastic surgery Mecca of Los Angeles for Texas for this one.
