I bought a little tool called an outie on amazon, its a little plastic lever which helps to pry the aligner off your teeth. Its reasonably priced and fast delivery. It worked for me - hope this helps
I have just started my third set of invisalign trays. The first few days were a nightmare. I had a lot of trouble getting them out - found i was going hungry rather than go through the trauma of taking them out, as it was leaving me so frustrated and often in tears :( there is a tool available on amazon called an outie - it's a little plastic lever that fits between your teeth and the tray so you can pop them out. it made such a difference - highly recommend it. hope this helps!!!
