    OMG, Phatty you already have a small/narrow back and nice proportion at your hips.. I can tell your results are going to be AMAZING. Thanks for posting the info on your heigh/weight, and congrats on weightloss! I read that shrinking the fat cells is actually a good thing prior to fat transfer, as they are more viable (higher chances of survival in the new area--your booty). Please post your measurements before surgery and after along with your pics! I so wish I had your natural pear shape. I'm sure you will become your wish pic!!!

    Kristi, it's very likely I will be undergoing an implant revision within the next 2 years. As of now, from what I have read, I think I will go or the silicone, probably under the muscle.

    Hi Mschangy, i'm totally impressed with your results. You look amazing!!! Honestly, i think your booty looks great for your shape and when you getthe touch up (add more volume), you will just look beyond words for sure.

    I noticed you lost weight (20lbs) AFTER the procedure, was the fat in your booty the first to go?
    If you don't mind, could you give us stats like height and also weight/measurements before and after surgery?
    It would help me (and maybe others) to know how the surgery altered your weight/measurements and also how the weight loss of 20lbs affected the results of your surgery.

    Hey Sirenity, first of all, just wanted to thank you for your honest and prompt posting. Thank you for posting BEFORE pics as well as after.

    450ccs looks AMAZING on your shape!!! The areas lipo'ed look much more refined and your booty looks perkier, rounder and much fuller. I'm totally inspired.

    Do you mind posting info on your measurements on the areas "altered" before and after the procedure?

    The reason i ask is because I would like to start getting an idea of inches lost in the liposuctioned areas, as well as inches gained around the hips with the BBL. Well, thanks for your post again!!!
