I appreciate the feedback Butterhoney. I wore my garment for 3 weeks and the waist wrap for 4 weeks (I kept washing and using the one I was bandaged in post-op). It's a COMPRESSION garment...trust me- you won't be needing to change size (it's pretty tight and will shrink with you- although your cute new fabulous booty will only get plumper and rounder). You'll get 2 garments after your surgery. When you wake up from surgery they will have miraculously squeezed you into one. Be vigilant to HAND WASH them each time you wash up (alternate days). Let them air dry. The heat from a dryer will ruin the rubber fibers and it will lose its elasticity.

$ things you'll NEED while in recovery. 2 chair cushions (or pillows), a (lap) food tray, a folding chair and to help clean your bodily waste- Mr. Clean (or household disinfectant) in a spary bottle (not a can).

You don't have to "lay on your stomach" while recovering. Buy 1 or 2 chair cushions to (from Wal-Mart) kneel on. I found it to be a great relief to eat on your kneeling on my knees. Also purchase a food tray for your meals and a cushion to kneel on. Just lean your upper torso or chest over the bed. You can even sleep in this position if you're tired of laying in bed. One thing that was useful to me post-op was a folding chair. (Purchase one from Walmart or Target for $17). It's going to be hard to balance yourself while trying to use the toilet without sitting. Place the folding chair in front of you with the seat of the chair facing the toilet and straddle it (only your thighs should touch the chair). Make sure the toilet seat is up and aim your backside into the toilet bowl. Use the strength in your arms on the seat of the folding chair to push/hold yourself up. You'll still be able to use your arms for support!

Don't be nervous. If you're healthy and a non-smoker, deformalities or complications should be of little or NO concern. Just get EVERYTHING Dr M. tells you to get for pre and post-op.

Yes I retained a great deal of the fat deposited. I'm happy to say my butt is a bit fuller and rounder than it was about 3 months ago (I like that)! You say your waist/tummy area is swollen - well I don't see it. Imagine how much more Ka-Pow your butt is going to have when the swelling does diminish.

Ms Pinky your body looks amazing! I'm not a guy or gay but I'd be tempted to walk up to you and touch that hour glass figure! Watch out boys...she's a hottie! Happy Healing Girl!
Dr. M is the BEST THERE IS!

nitd I beleive he used 750cc and the type of surgery I had required that a general anesthesia be used. The entire process was probally around 7 hours (includes liposuction of several areas to obtain the fat, processing the fat, and the actual fat grafting to the buttocks).
