You may want to change your review from a positive to (not sure)because you haven't seen the long term results yet. Just a thought in case things go wrong - you don't want your review influencing someone else.

Can you find out the setting used? I know this is going to sound counter productive - but it is critical to keep things moist!!!! No harsh topicals - you may have to go back on accutane for another round, but there is more damage to your skin then you realize yet. Acne can be treated again, but the other things, such as a texture that can get progressively worse cannot be treated. You need to mitigate the damage now..

You are still early in the healing phase. Go to a burn center for evaluation. You may be able to use pressure garments or receive therapy to breakup the scar tissue that has formed creating the texture. In hindsight this is what I would have done.
