Both these treatments are very effective and from what I know the only difference between them is POPULARITY.
Botox had a very intense advertisement while Dysport is at the beginning right now.
We can compare the competition between these two procedures with the competition between Coke and Pepsi....Both have a big number of fans but one of them is considered better.
I recently saw a report of a clinic in Toronto that showed the exact difference between these two procedures....the number of persons that had a botox treatment in Toronto represents approximately 75%. The difference is that big thanks to the multiple uses botox cosmetic has.

In my opinion, if botox is considered the best anti-aging treatment, it should be used to eliminate the signs of aging, and these signs are visible after a certain age, but not before 35-40 years.
