Thanks for your post! I absolutely love my new breast and wish I would of done this a long time ago. Depending on what brand I am now wearing a 34D and think it's the perfect size. I'm only 4'11 so I was worried about going too big. The best advise I can give you is print out a picture of the size, shape you would like your breast to look like and go off of that instead of cc's or a bra size. Your Dr will use that picture during surgery to compare and make sure to achieve the same size on you. That is what I did and I got the same results as the picture I provided. Wish you the best of luck and let me know how it goes.
I also had the same asymmetry issue before I got implants but I had more sagging too. My right side was a lot bigger than my left side. My PS said he would do his best to even them out but he couldn't guarantee they would be exactly identical in size. If you look at my before and after pictures you will see that after my surgery my breast we more even. My right side is still a little swollen which is normal.
I do notice and agree with you that your one breast is larger than the other one. You might want to see another PS to get a second opinion. I had 400 cc's on my left and 420 cc's on my right.
