Hey I'm scheduled for March 12th with Dr. Salzhauer :) your results are bombb. did you have to schedule your massages beforehand or they available whenever you need them? and what stuff should I make sure I bring?

March 13th! Hopefully I can find an inexpensive hotel and good caretaker in time! I saw enough legit reviews on Realself, pics of his BBLs I liked, and the fact that he is a well-established and known surgeon. You can't fake things like the compassionate doctor award or his TV appearances :)
