The "filtered" reviews on Yelp. Some surgeons have high marks w/ 5 stars, until you look at their filtered reviews. One doctor had 11 filtered negative reviews and all the unfiltered reviews were postive. What is up with that? Can a doctor pay to have bad reviews filtered? Looks suspicious to me.
Most people can figure it out. They advertise like crazy and they are in West Hollywood. My nose has a saddle deformity, collapsed middle-vault, and notched right nostril. Even doctors cannot believe their work. Not one person has said it is an improvement and they denied anything was wrong. I think you are so lucky and I love your nose. Mine is a disaster.
Unfortunately, people are not often motivated to write reviews when the outcome is good. They just happily move on. I never wrote a review until two surgeons in West Hollywood destroyed my nose. It doesn't makes sence what the docs told you about unhappy patients. They are the ones that created the images that the patients expect them to achieve. Don't forget to check "filtered reviews" in your research. I didn't know about them until I was out $10,000 and the doctors that guaranteed their work denied anything was wrong. Good Luck!
