Hey there Lady-Jay ! I know I should massage the area but it feels so strange.. That area is a mixture of numbness & pain.. It's really ackward to touch it but I've heard massage is really helpful, especially moving the fluids around. READ COMMENT

My PS said once you are past wk 2, it's ok to start with Aleve or Advil. But it was strictly Tylenol before that. READ COMMENT
