  I am very suprise to hear this because it is very unusual for this doctor to do that. I had a smartlipo of my tummy done by him three months ago. All the staff including the doctor were very nice and very professional.I did not have enough money so I wanted only my lower abdomen to be liposuctioned but he explained to me that he has to at least trim the upper abdomen in order to prevent a barrel-shaped abdomen. He did an excellent job and my tummy looks great. He also takes his time to make sure your abdomen is smooth (not bumpy). The procedure took about three and a half hours but was quite comfortable. I did not need any pain medications after the procedure. I was back to work in two days. Contrary to your experience, the follow-up care was excellent. The patient care cordinator called me at home and went over everything in detail. They even made me sign a follow-up care form to make sure I will keep all my appointments. I am extremely happy with the care they gave me and I strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a caring smartlipo doctor.
