I was sent home with one of those velcro binders. I am currently wearing spanx with the binder over it. I'm waiting for my stage 2 compression garment to come in. I had lipo with my TT. My binder would wrinkle up & my sides ended up with buglges that comformed to the wrinkles of my binder. They are super hard lumps. So, make sure that your binder doesn't wrinkle. Now, I'm massage my sides with the medi rub and hope it will smooth out in time.
