  Wow, i've never heard of that cone instrument either. Sounds a little weird, i don't know. I had mine inserted under the crease of my breasts and am very pleased with the scar. Not noticeable to anyone, bra and bathing suit cover it quite well.

  hi again. I was only 32a prior to surgery, very small frame, 5'1", 101lbs. I had a silicone implant of 350cc inserted undermy breasts, under the muscle. Its been 8 days, just visited my surgeon yesterday and everything is going fine. The incisions are still alittle sore. He also recommended me to push inwards on the sides and down on the top to help the implant settle in its pocket. I am very happy with the results so far. I actually have boobs n finally feel like a woman at 51!!!! yay me...lol

  hi. this is my 1st post. i had breast augumentation july 7th. silicone under the muscle. still a little sore and curious as to how long it usually takes for the implants to settle. mine r still quite high, only been 4 days, but i am soooo happy i had this done for myself. still figuring out this site and would be willing to post before and after photos.
