    I just seen MY PS today and he gave me the thumbs up for walking only. No running or strength training yet. I will be 4 weeks post-op this Friday.

    I am so glad I had it done. Best decision I ever made. I cant stop staring at myself in the mirror. I would highly recommend my PS.

    POD #11. Feeling great. Still have my 3 drains hope to have remowed when I see my PS on Thursday. Posted some new pics, love my new flat tummy...
