@ irisheyes...did you sign a consent to do the treatment? Zerona's consent states there is no guarantee. we have zerona in our office and i noticed right away the "disclaimer" if u will. however, we've had really good results with it so far. sorry your procedure didnt work out, i hope u can resolve those issues with the company
