I had a great result. If your skin still has decent elasticity and the damage isn't so severe I think it is a great way to prevent going under the knife. I did it for under the chin but now feel like I have to do it again. The cost is a little prohibitive to do every year but that would probably be ideal.

I had the Ulthera treatment done 2 months ago. I am 42 and had hanging skin under my chin and lines on my neck. I went back to the doctor the other day and took my after pictures and was actually shocked at the results. The skin under my chin is much tighter and the lines are pretty much gone. The procedure is painful but a few painkillers do the trick. No pain afterwards just some swelling and numbness. Definitely worth it! Thanks to Dr. Leslie Baumann I am a happy woman.
