hi nervous. so sorry to hear you having a hard time at the moment. i hope things start to get better for you. this is my email address if you want to chat maggiedee1@live.co.uk take care
hi nervous. i totally understand how you will be feeling. i am five weeks post op. i first went through the exitement stage knowing that i was finally going to get what i had wanted for soooo long. i felt totally elated as if i had one the lottery!! then i became impatient waiting for the day to come.
When reality set in and i knew it was really happening i began to have doubts. i questioned myself such as do i really want to put myself and family through this? i would get quite tearful and definately irritable, is it going to make such a big impact anyway? how selfish am i spending all this money on me! maybe i should just workout even harder.. the bottom line nervous is. everything you are feeling is normal. you are making a huge decision that is going to have a big impact on your life.
five weeks down the line i am so happy i went ahead with the procedure. i feel much more confident in every aspect of my life. my family have noticed big changes in how i am, my clothes fit better and im not having to wear baggy tops to hide my saggy bits. there all gone!!!!
you have to look at the bigger picture nervous. you wanted a TT for a reason. dont lose sight of that reason. then think of how you want to look and feel. thats what kept me calm and rational. everyone gets anxious when there are changes going to be made that has an affect on you. stay positive. you must want this badly as you wouldnt put yourself through the consultations, stripping off in front of strangers, being poked and prodded and spending your hard earned cash... it will be soooo worth it!!!!
well done for chasing your goal.. i will support you through out the process if you need me and im sure there are many more on the site that will do the same.
