Completely normal! When it comes to those last few days, you may have some doubts but I assure you: you will not regret it!!! You already have an hourglass shape so I know Salama is gonna work his magic on you and you will be so happy!

Sweetie, how close to Black Chyna i.e. your wish pics, do you want to look like? If you are fine with just trusting Duran to work you out then I say, work out as hard at the gym as you possibly can and trust your doctor. However, if you want your body to represent your wish pics as much as possible and Duran has later appts, then you may want to reschedule. But before you do, consider whether you will actually have the time to do it later? Will it mess up your job/career, what about your kids or the effect on your hubby? I'm not 100% familiar with your circumstances and objectives so it's hard to say exactly. Right now you say you're around 245, but you're usually 200. Definitely try all you can to shed that weight. Go on a colon cleanse, hit the gym, take appetite suppressants but still be healthy. Whether you push your date back or not, definitely start taking vitamins and hitting the gym because it's never too early to do either of those things. I think if you stay dedicated, you can shed the weight. A heavy mass doesn't mean fat, AT ALL. I was 169 before sx, and I'm 169 now. Being thick in all the right places is what matters and not the number. If you think you can lose weight in time, without affecting your family and job, and you trust your doc to give you as close to your wish pics as possible, I say keep your date. But the ultimate decision is up to you, sweetie. Let me know what you decide <3

Thank you, Velvet :) I was cleared to sit at 6 weeks,  but it didn't feel completely normal till like 9 or 10 weeks. I can sit for a long time but sometimes my ass falls asleep and I feel it tingling so I have to get up lol. But I'm sure that happened pre-op too! Good luck! <3
