oh, one more thing, i did get a lawyer to meet me in person a few weeks ago, and he had wanted my records. so i call down and get my records. and get my before pics included(they took all 3 sides before, left , right and front). well, the left side of my face has most of the missed areas/damage, and is what i pointed out to him when i was in the office 2 weeks after the procedure. so i go to get my records/pics, and they had told me they had only 2 pics. so what pic do you suppose was/is missing? yep you guessed it, for some strange reason the left pic is missing. 2+2 = 4?

hi guys. i just wanted to say thank you for all the kind words. i havent been on in a while but i have added some new pics showing the major damage. hope fully people can see these and it will change their opinion on having this procedure done. i am absolutely miserable. imagine walking around with that on your face, imagine having tiger stripes up your face. that is due to him rushing and missing several spots. that is only one part of the damage ,i have hundreds of pictures.i am absolutely miserable, i have not been comfortable in my skin for over a year now and really see no hope of ever being able to feel right again. it really is a never ending nightmare. the real messed up thing is i cant get a lawyer to touch this. state of utah just wont pay damages. and in certain lights(bright office lights) it is not noticeable. so i cannot get a doctor to admit to seeing it either. i did finally go back to the office where it was done but of course they only wanted to bully me and put all the blame on me. i did i think get the assistant to offer up 2 more treatments but i am not sure that will help at all. esp if they dont do my neck it will only make it a more distinct difference between my face and neck and i dont know if i am able to go that route. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. in my opinion the only people that this would be good for is the fair skinned to where if an area is missed it will not be noticeable.

today will be the 2 week mark for the second treatment. and 8 weeks since the first. my thing is, if he didnt do the lower area, i dont see it improving. i want you to know that i really do appreciate your kind words and encouragement. im pretty down on humanity lately, and the comments i have had on here make me feel a little better about everything.

wow i am very sorry. i myself am having to deal with my own fraxel nightmare. he absolutely destroyed me, and im only at the begining of it im afraid.

i havent decided what im going to do yet, i almost depend on having this guy fix it i just dont have the money for anything else. im hoping the rest of my face will fade enough that in the 6 weeks he wont be able to deny seeing my problems, or i might just wait until the end of the summer and for sure it will be more noticeable by then, i also dont know if i dare let him touch me again, but what do i do?there arent many places around here that even do this procedure, and vegas the price is twice as much. someone told me that even though i signed a waiver, that you cant waive liability, i guess that is an option, i am considering seeing a lawyer, to see what options i might have though i dont want it to get to that point until i have to, i would think legally i dont have a leg to stand on though.
