From the photo, it looks smoother to me. I'd agree that the price would have to drop to be practical, unless it was providing major results.

It doesn't seem like a bad idea to try the padding first to see whether you like the look, but I can't imagine padding my butt indefinitely. (I guess sitting would always be nice?) If I liked what the pads did for my rear, I'd probably eventually move toward surgery.

Really? I wasn't even aware she had a face for the few seconds of seeing that photo. Maybe they looked at the face longer, but they certainly didn't look at it first!
