YES They deny deny deny cause its their livelihood/job at risk...Imagine if there was no botox....no jobs for these injecting deniers. I am almost fully recovered I would say but not 100% Still suffer random anxiety from nothing inparticular! Wrinkly and old looking but I think I will be happy with that as I sure felt like I was going to die. Yes at the peak I remember just wanting to get home to relax, as I was exhausted from a simple daily routine. Best of luck with healing x

I am interested to see if DR OZ cares? He actually endorses BOTOX....I am now 8 months out from having 20 units done on my frown lines...This forum helped me get thru the anxiety, tight chest, hard to breath stages, and helped me believe I was not going mad, nor was I mental, as one Dr implied. He suggested anit depressants put me on 3 x 5 mg valium a day and told me to see a counsellor...I thankfully knew I was not mad, took the valium in quarter doses and used my brain accordingly and got through this horrid poisonous substance...It cause anxiety aalright....I reccommend taking some meds to help you coe with that but taking antidepressants will just numb your feelings and make it worse...Thats my opinion...I am sure many will disagree...If it was not for the journal I kept, I would probably be stupid enough to go back again as the results were great but the near death feelings were not. I hope you all start to feel better soon...I honestly do.

Yes all the DRs deny every hearing of any negative or adverse effect to botox...Its unbelievable they can inject botulism into our faces/bodies! My gp and two others said the same thing "No never have heard of any of those symptoms" and treated me like I was nuts and offered antidepressants!!!

Yes just when you think you are better, weird symptoms appear...Twitching definately when wearing off (or nerves regenerating) My anxiety is out of control this week, for no real reason apart from the normal stressers of life...I think taking valium to control it is making it worse once it wears off!!
