I'm so sorry. I have been using Radiesse to even out my face since I got the sculptra. I now have lumps on both cheeks and on my chin. They flare up then calm down so it's bearable, but I'm afraid of where the next one will turn up. I wonder if it will go away after two years or I'll be stuck with these lumps forever.
The lump in my left cheek keeps getting bigger. When it starts to grow, I feel pressure in my face and some discomfort. Sometimes itchiness for a few days. The scary thing is that there is pressure around my left eye and the vision is temporarily blurry while the lump is growing. And I feel generally crappy. Has anyone found a surgeon who can safely remove the lumps? I'm very concerned that this will continue growing and permanently affect my vision.
I am so sorry. I am having the same exact problem. It's so depressing. Has your doctor said anything about what they might do?
I think was over injected in my left check in the same way. My cheekbone on that side looks abnormally high, which makes my face look even more gaunt and thin than before. When I smile that cheek looks really fat and distorted. When I don't smile it looks even worse because of the big bump.
I'm so depressed and for the first time, I'm suffering from anxiety. I feel jittery, nervous and upset all the time. I have lost weight and can't sleep. I can barely stand to look in the mirror, and when I do, I have to try not to cry. I also feel pressure in that side of my face and sometimes aching pain. It's a nightmare.
I already had high cheekbones and didn't need filler there. There is still no fullness under my cheeks, so now I just look like a bony freak.
I do have bumps. All over. One on each side of my mouth, one on my chin, one on my lower left jaw, some by my ears, and at least one or two under the big bump.
I can live with the little ones if the big one would only go away.
And I massaged 5 times a day for ten minutes for THREE WEEKS!
Are you taking photos? Someone else on here advised me to do that every few days and make sure they have a time date stamp on them. That way we can sue if it comes to that. Which it sounds like it might.
Again, I'm so sorry for both of us. Please stay it touch. it helps to have someone who understands what I'm going through.
