In a perfect world when everything goes well, that would be wonderful. But what if things go wrong? Do the surgeons stand behind their work? Vietnam still does not have modern facility and there's NO LAW!

Now, what if you couldn't stay there the entire recovery period and had to go home, which is normally the case? Who are you going to call if there's complication?

I went there in June 2011 and was convinced that I could have a browlift and eyelids surgery for $2,000 in Saigon. Fortunately, I didn't do it because facility was dirty and people was very pushy.

I have read about "stem cells fat transfer", a procedure which adds something to the fat before it's injected back in your body and increases fat survival rate. I have consulted a couple surgeons who charge between $1,000-$1,500 extra. I want to do the fat transfer to my breasts in addition to breast lift because I don't like the feel of silicone or saline implant at all. Any comment on the "stem cell" procedure? Thank you.

I am considering having a consultation with Dr. Cruise. Can you please email me or post a picture of you BEFORE all procedures? This would be before Nov. 2009 timeframe. I just turned 50 and want to do eyelids surgery, facelift, and fat transfer to breasts. I still can't decide if I need all those things. You look wonderful now, but I'm curious about how you looked BEFORE and wonder if the differences are drastic. I also worry that I will be convinced to do more procedures than I need.

Also, do you mind telling me the costs you paid for upper & lower eyelids, facelift, and fat transfer to face? Did you do the breast implant? I want to do the fat transfer to breasts (kill 2 birds in one stone) and wonder if you had that procedure done and how much it costs?

I have the same issue! I've never had any cosmetic surgery done but would like to enhance my body contour with better shaped NATURAL breasts. As this WILL be my only plastic surgery I will have in my life, I need an experienced and affordable doctor to do "fat transfer to breasts". I live in Orange County, CA, close to Newport Beach, where the rich people live. If anyone has any referral/recommendation, please post it or email me. I would really appreciate the help.
