Glad you don't have puckering...I didn't mind having the vertical scar but mine was puckering like a "butt". He was able to pull the skin down further to eliminate it...Not sure why it couldn't have been done like that in the first place but oh well.

Is your vertical scar kind of puckering in? You can look at my photos and see I had that issue and ended up revising it...Now 100% happy!

You look great! I'm curious of the weight of your twins. My tummy stretched out pretty far carrying my twins that weighed 7.1 and 7.9. I waited 23 years before finally getting brave enough to take care of the extra skin...My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

I'd definitely get a second opinion from Dr. Mehdi Mazaheri...He's very honest and will tell you if you don't need the procedure. I was in the office for one of my appointments when I heard him tell someone that; I was impressed!

No lipo...Just the extra roll of skin taken off. The BB was repositioned by 1/2" when he lifted from the belly button down to incision keeping naval attached. That is usually the deal that should a revision be necessary, they charge for only anesthesia. That's why most board certified plastic surgeons make sure they do it their best the first time. Wow...New York is an expensive place for a TT. I paid $8700 and that included the revision. I would make sure the next time you saw him that you talk about your dissatisfaction and the expectations of a revision being covered. I agree with you in that you have quite a bit of extra skin left. I was able to stand completely straight after the revision since there was no tightening of the muscles.
