    I wanted to use him but he told me he couldn't do an alar base reduction on me, I don't know why because my width is definitely big and he said it something about my nostrils being thick but I just wanted them brought closer together. Good to hear this though. I really hope you will consider doing before and after. Revision rhinoplasty is so hard to decide about I have been considering it for 4 years now and I have similar sounding case to yours (not disaster it is crooked) thanks!!

    I don't see who your surgeon was? Also why not give him another chance? It seems it was only a miscommunication ?

    I consulted with Ghavami. To be honest I felt much better when I consulted with richard fleming. He honestly said everything ghavami said and even pointed out other things and he spent so much time with me and then to top it off he is reasonably priced. I was going with the mindset price isn't going to make my decision but he was truly the best consult I have had. He is a revision specialist i would consider him also. I t hink I will get mine done with him next year when I have the funds.
