The pic in the bra looks amazing...and believe me....you can hide them easily with clothes on...unless you wear a tight sweater....some clothes I wear hide them very well.

Madison9915....that is exactly what I was talking about. I was really worried at first because I wasnt used to being that big. But again here I am a year later feeling that I dont feel they are big at all. I ended up going as big as my dr. Suggested so I would not have regrets later. i'm so glad I did that because if I was smaller I would have felt I wasted my money. It really does take almost a year to see the final result.

Be patient.....they will settle in over the next several months and you will love them. I was a small B and got 400 silicone....I thought I was HUGE.....now a year later they feel very very narural...in fact I told my husband yesterday that I didnt think they were that big at all....i dont have plans to go any bigger but seriously they do not seem or feel too big now. Just relax and give it some time. You are still swollen for sure....and it may be a few months before you drop. They look good to me!!!

Good luck....word of advice...don't lift push or pull anything with too much force. I made the mistake of pulling the lever on my recliner to raise my feet. Did this many times and after a couple of days I really paid for it. I honestly thought something was wrong because I was hurting so bad. Just rest and don't do too much too soon.

I think that is totally up to you. Once you schedule it's set....it was a long wait for me but after I had my consultation I did think about some of the things Dr. Ratliff told me and changed a few things one being the size implant I chose to go with. So it's up to you...but it might be good to take a week or two let it all sink in so you make the best possible choice for what you want. Just my 2 cents. P.s. I know you are excited as I was too and had to put mine off for 2 months due to work issues. Longest 2months of my life. But you are making a life altering decision....make it with as much time and info as you need. I even got a 2nd opinion to make sure I was choosing the right dr. Keep us posted.
