Heck, I have had two fl's with Rosenstock. I thought they did a good job, and I looked great. Don't have any scarring and look better than my age. However, I don't think that RS does the deep lift, because two years after the fl, you look almost like you did before. Reading ALLLLLLL the posts here, at JustLanded and PSJ, I heard about all of the tiny little stitches that Dr Lev puts in to hold things up - long term - I just thought that I should do something different this time. I think a fl needs to last a little longer than 2 years. Still, we know that time marches on and there will be unwelcome changes next year and the year after...... Grin. But I am going to do what is in my power to hold off time, at least as long as I am able. It's unfortunate that Dr Lev doesn't do ft. That is one of the best things about my last procedure, and the one thing that hasn't gone completely away. I have always had "good bones" but after the extra volume to the cheeks last time, I looked more womanly and beautiful than I ever had in my 20's or 30's. It made that big a difference. I have checked in the states and the prices I am hearing are in the "beginning at $8k" area, which is ridiculous. But the alternative would be to wait a few months and then come to CR or Mexico and do the ft then. Not really ideal. Would like to knock it out in one fell swoop, if possible. Dangit, I guess it's just always something, isn't it? Smile. Caren

Amen to that! Hey, I'm coming to CR on the 16th for FL with Dr Lev. But he doesn't do fat tf and I wanted some to cheeks and lips. Does anyone have any ideas? Rosenstock had done it before and did a good job. But I don't know that they would appreciate me having a fl with someone else and then asking them for ft....... Comments appreciated!

I don't know how long a facelift is actually supposed to last. I have been very pleased with the work done, but at the same time I am painfully aware that the changes I do not wish continue to accelerate with the years..... Still it is comforting that I look at least ten years younger than my chronological age. And I am thinking about returning for a little freshening up. Cheers everyone. Thank you for being a part of this forum. Who would help look out for us, if not each other? I appreciate every one of you!

A couple of months ago I read a review that said that he used implants that are not intended for permanent wear, and so a year or so after the work there began to be problems. I don't remember where I read it, but you might look further. Sorry so vague, but hope it helps.

    Thanks Britt!

In had it done about ten years ago. It is more subtle now, but I skip eye makeup about 5 or 6 days out of 7, so no complaints.

    Thanks,

    Caren
