I'm no expert although I recently had a breast lift. It looks to me the reason you have the crease extending up from your butt crack is, when they gave you the tummy tuck or what ever you had. It looks like they probably should have extended the incison all the way around. I think possibly where each incison ended, it pushed the remaining skin in between it, into a fold/crease. Probably a skin only revision with an incison meeting where they left off on each side extending to the crease would eliminate it. . But, if you need the whole scar lowered because it shows above your underpants in front, then you should seek out another PS about lowering it. In most cases they can at least make the scar look a little better . I plan to get my TT next year and will specify that I do not want the scar to be higher then my favorite panties or swim suit. I plan to wear them to my appt so Dr can measure for the scar, but he already told me he would make it very low. You just need to seek out a Dr for a scar revision. Did you post this question to any Plastic Surgeons on Real Self? They should be able to give you some better input. Hope you get the answers you need.

I live in Lakeland, about 30,40 minutes from Tampa.I had a consultation here in Lakeland for a TT, and looking to have another one. Did DR. Reiger do a full TT on you and did it include muscle repair? Did he do any lipo to your flanks or elsewhere for the $ 5.300.00 fee you paid? Did you have to get any blood work or other tests done before hand? Like EKG, etc? Was it very expensive?
Cyndie. I live in Lakeland, FL too and am wanting a TT. I did already have a consultaion with PS here. Which Dr did you use in Maitland, FL? Did you have a mini TT , full or full TT with muscle repair? Are you happy with the overall look it gave you?
