Zeke why not create your own thread if you aren't happy with the direction this is going? You can say "stay on topic" or something. Not trying to be a smart a$$ or anything but I think it was a bit selfish of you to say that. Many of these women have had a lot of pain, both from surgery and during healing which certainly could effect their healing time.

I can't believe they have never heard of arnica. It's been around a long time. It's a natural way of healing.

I didn't use it on facelift and got lots of bruising. Also the first time I got Juvederrm I had a lot of bruising. Since then I've had lipo and juvederm and ZERO bruising from taking arnica. I start 2 days before, 4 times a day, morning of procedure and directly after, and then 3 days post. I bruise if you look at me wrong so really think arnica is a miracle. I wish I had taken it before my FL.
