  oh i had the small implant too but for about 1 year and a half ! and im happy with the results
  so just relax and keep waiting
  but i have to say that i know nothing about sewing muscles actually i don't get what u r talking about exactly all i know is that my doc made a very small narrow cleavage inside my chin and removed the implant and then he stitched it with such a thin and comfortable string so it recovered in almost 3 days

  yes i can tell you for sure that it will shrink back day by day until it gets back to its previous shape
  just don't worry but as i said before it still depends on the size of the implant. the smaller the better
