The yellowing makes me think of chemosis? Have you asked about this? It causes yellowing and bulging and can last for months. Consult an opthamologist - one that also does blepharoplasty. Peace of mind from an outside source...
Looks like your right eye has a little more swelling than your left. However it is still a considerable improvement from the before picture! I am almost a year post op from upper/lower bleph. I am still seeing minor improvements. For instance, I had assymetry until 4 months that was very obvious. Now it is still there but so small it is unnoticeable to anyone but me. I still have some under eye "bulging" at the corners - specifically my right eye. I have what I see on yours as a small "double bag" - a bag under a bag. It was very prominent in the morning but lately it seems to be getting smaller. Hang in there - this surgery has a long recovery time and be grateful the doctor was conservative in his approach rather than aggressive, which could lead to terrible consequences.
I would definitely do the uppers again, however I do regret doing the lower surgery. It was unnecessary and I now have bulging under the outer corners under my eyes. Still hoping time (I am at 8 months post op) will help reduce these areas - I Do NOT want another surgery. Make sure you find a board certified surgeon that has done many of these! Conservative removal is definitely important or else you will have dry eye and closure issues!
I used the blink for contacts and the cvs gel (thicker for nighttime) for when I had to wear glasses. I told my surgeon my eyes felt weird but he said nothing about dry eye! I had to go to an opthamologist that asked me if my eyes closed fully in the early weeks after my surgery. I told him I thought so - he said he thought not. He said I had minor dry eye and told me to use genteal drops. I had a reaction to those drops as well as the artificial tears drops. If you are having problems opening your eyes in the morning I believe you have a dry eye issue as well. this can be dangerous as if left untreated can result in cornea damage.
